TRX Performance Conditioning

There's no such thing as needing to be fit enough to begin training martial arts; we will get you there!  All adult and teenage members are welcome to join our TRX strength and conditioning classes. Developed in Navy SEALS, these workouts will develop your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Our experienced instructors can modify any exercise to fit your needs.

Muhammad Mehai

Coach Muhammad took his first

Jiu-Jitsu class at Paragon after his good friend convinced him to try something new. Now, he uses his knowledge of martial arts to create intense workouts that pair perfectly with your grappling or kickboxing training routine.


As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a B.S. in Kinesiology, Muhammad makes every workout challenging, yet safe and fun . His training philosophy is that "simple is special.”
